About CURATOR

CURATOR is operated by Luke AI Music. It is a music discovery platform that organizes artist, album, song, playlist, and listening-destination information. CURATOR does not host or stream copyrighted audio files.

Using the platform

You may use CURATOR only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, misrepresent ownership or identity, or use automated systems in a way that harms the service.

Submissions

By submitting a music or artist URL, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the information or that it is publicly available and may lawfully be referenced. Submission does not guarantee publication, placement, promotion, or continued availability.

Third-party content and services

CURATOR may display metadata, artwork, links, and embedded destinations supplied by or connected to third-party services. CURATOR does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, or content.

Corrections and removal

Artists, rights holders, and authorized representatives may request corrections or removal through the Artist Claim Policy or by emailing support@lukeaimusic.com.

Intellectual property

CURATOR branding, site design, software, and original platform content belong to Luke AI Music or its licensors. Music, artwork, names, trademarks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranties

CURATOR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, specific discovery results, traffic, playlist placement, or commercial outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luke AI Music will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of CURATOR or reliance on platform content.

Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, remove, or discontinue features or content, and may revise these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service and disputes relating to CURATOR are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
